The purpose of the Waitron role is to provide high-quality dine-in service while ensuring every customer has a positive and enjoyable experience. The successful candidate will welcome guests warmly, assist them with seating, present menus, explain specials, and take accurate food and beverage orders. Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude are important in creating a welcoming environment for customers.
Waitrons will also be responsible for serving meals and drinks promptly, checking customer satisfaction during service, and ensuring that tables are clean and ready for the next guests. The role requires attention to detail, speed, and the ability to multitask during busy periods.
