Job Description
The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is inviting applications for the position of Administrator: HC Operations based in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This permanent opportunity is ideal for organised and professional individuals with experience in Human Capital or Human Resources administration.
The purpose of this role is to provide day-to-day administrative, operational, and technical support services to the Human Capital department. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment administration, benefits coordination, office operations, compliance processes, and document management while ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.
The Administrator will support Human Capital Operations by coordinating interview logistics such as booking venues, preparing schedules, and arranging interview panels. The role also includes preparing job offer letters for submission to the Senior Officer, coordinating onboarding packs for new hires, handling termination documentation, and assisting with staff induction and orientation sessions.
The successful candidate will also administer compliance standards, maintain version control of documents, and ensure that departmental processes adhere to internal policies and procedures. They will respond to first-line employee queries and escalate complex matters when necessary.
Office coordination duties include following up on outstanding matters, ensuring office requests are handled on time, compiling reports and statistics, and supporting operational activities to maintain departmental efficiency.
Another key area of responsibility is document control. This includes maintaining an up-to-date filing system, retrieving requested information, documenting records, and ensuring that confidential records reach the intended recipients securely.

Key Responsibilities
Human Capital Operations Support
- Coordinate interview venues, schedules, and panel arrangements.
- Prepare job offer letters for approval.
- Process benefits changes and payroll inputs timeously.
- Monitor e-recruitment systems and upload required documents.
- Prepare onboarding packs and termination documentation.
- Coordinate induction and orientation sessions for new staff.
Compliance Administration
- Administer standards, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain version control of departmental documents.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Handle first-line employee queries and escalate when needed.
Office Coordination
- Maintain confidentiality in all departmental matters.

Requirements
Qualifications
- National Diploma in Human Resource Management or related qualification.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a Human Capital Operations environment.
Technical Skills
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- SAP and SuccessFactors knowledge.
