Main Purpose
This role is responsible for maintaining stock levels in warehouse locations by picking and replenishing stock according to system-generated instructions and standard operating procedures. The Reach Truck Driver will ensure accurate scanning, safe equipment operation, and achievement of warehouse productivity targets.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Pick and replenish stock in warehouse areas
- Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently
- Perform reach truck inspections at the start and end of shifts
- Complete equipment checklists and damage control forms
- Operate scanners according to SOP requirements
- Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness in work areas
- Follow health and safety regulations and procedures
- Ensure stock scanning is completed correctly and in sequence
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors
Minimum Requirements
- Matric with English and Mathematics
- Minimum 2 years previous work experience
- Accredited Reach Truck Driver’s Licence
