Job Overview

Depending on the role applied for, successful candidates will support international clients by handling customer interactions, managing data and records, processing medical billing tasks, or providing technical assistance. All responsibilities must be carried out accurately, professionally, and in accordance with client-specific procedures, service level agreements (SLAs), and internal company policies.
This role is suited to individuals who demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently meet quality and productivity standards. Employees are expected to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability while working independently and contributing positively within a team-oriented environment.
Due to the nature of international BPO operations, positions may require working evening, overnight, weekend, or public holiday shifts based on client time zones. Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities may vary depending on the position applied for and may include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and system-based communications in a professional manner
- Providing accurate information, resolving customer or client queries, and escalating issues when required
- Capturing, updating, and maintaining customer or client data with a high level of accuracy
- Retrieving, verifying, and processing records according to client instructions and procedures
- Performing medical billing, coding, claims submission, follow-ups, or related administrative tasks (where applicable)
- Delivering technical support, system guidance, or troubleshooting assistance (for technical support roles)
- Meeting individual and team performance targets related to quality, productivity, and compliance
- Adhering strictly to data protection, confidentiality, and information security standards
- Working collaboratively with supervisors, quality assurance teams, and colleagues
- Following all company policies, operational guidelines, and client requirements
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) with clear and professional communication skills
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification
- Strong computer literacy, including email usage, data entry, and system navigation
- Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute with a high level of accuracy
- Clear criminal record
- Clear credit record
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience, depending on the role applied for
- Willingness and availability to work flexible shifts aligned with international client time zones
