About the Position
The Peer Educator/Data Capturer role focuses on supporting HIV testing services and community-based healthcare programmes. Successful candidates may assist with community mobilization, HIV prevention awareness, data capturing, counselling support, and healthcare programme administration.
The position also includes supporting monitoring and evaluation activities, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with healthcare outreach initiatives within communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supporting HIV testing and counselling services

Minimum Requirements
Applicants interested in the position should meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 / NCV qualification
- Accredited or recognised 10-day HIV Counselling Certificate
- Certification to conduct finger-prick testing
- At least one year of related experience and/or training
- Ability to communicate in English and isiZulu
- Experience in data collection and capturing
- Basic MS Office proficiency
- Clear criminal record
- Ability to travel when required
- Residing within the allocated ward or district
The following may be advantageous:
- Driver’s licence
- Experience within DREAMS or related healthcare programmes
