Minimum Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 months relevant experience.
  • Computer literacy skills.

Preferred Requirements

  • 6 months relevant administration experience.
  • Additional computer knowledge and office administration experience will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Administration Support

  • Control and manage the Administration Section.
  • Maintain and organise the administration filing system.
  • Record and manage incoming and outgoing mail for managers.
  • Ensure office administration processes run efficiently.

Meeting Coordination

  • Arrange meetings for the Administration Division.
  • Assist with scheduling and communication related to meetings.

Access and Attendance Control

  • Control the issuing and retrieval of access cards.
  • Maintain the administration attendance register accurately.

Documentation and Record Keeping

  • Prepare overtime documentation.
  • Ensure accurate filing and safe storage of documents.
  • Maintain organised administrative records and reports.
