Minimum Requirements
Essential Requirements
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 months relevant experience.
- Computer literacy skills.
Preferred Requirements
- 6 months relevant administration experience.
- Additional computer knowledge and office administration experience will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Administration Support
- Control and manage the Administration Section.
- Maintain and organise the administration filing system.
- Record and manage incoming and outgoing mail for managers.
- Ensure office administration processes run efficiently.
Meeting Coordination
- Arrange meetings for the Administration Division.
- Assist with scheduling and communication related to meetings.
Access and Attendance Control
- Control the issuing and retrieval of access cards.
- Maintain the administration attendance register accurately.
Documentation and Record Keeping
- Prepare overtime documentation.
- Ensure accurate filing and safe storage of documents.
- Maintain organised administrative records and reports.
