A well-established dairy manufacturer, Woodlands Dairy, is currently recruiting a Sales Administrator for a fixed-term contract based in Humansdorp, near Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). The Sales Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the sales division by managing the full sales order process, coordinating distribution activities, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Order Processing
  • Manage the end-to-end processing of sales orders
  • Ensure all orders are captured accurately and processed on time
  • Maintain high levels of precision in all sales transactions
2. Planning & Coordination
  • Coordinate daily schedules and distribution plans
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Support efficient delivery and logistics processes
3. Stock Monitoring
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure availability
  • Identify potential shortages and take proactive action
  • Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels
4. Administration & Documentation
  • Process and maintain all sales-related documentation
  • Ensure records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant
  • Perform general office administration and ad hoc duties
5. Customer & Stakeholder Communication
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers and service providers
  • Respond to queries and provide updates on orders and deliveries
  • Maintain strong professional relationships

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this role, applicants must have:

  • Matric (Grade 12) – essential
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a similar administrative or sales support role
  • Experience working in an FMCG environment
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (essential)
  • Strong computer literacy and administrative skills
