The YES Intern: Lease Administrator opportunity at TFG is a full-time internship within the Property Management division. The position is available in Johannesburg and Durban and provides valuable workplace experience in lease administration and property management.

About the Internship

The internship is designed to provide graduates with practical experience in property and lease administration. Interns will support the property management team with administrative tasks related to lease agreements, tenant information, and property records management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintaining and updating lease records and tenant information.
  • Support filing, preparation, and organisation of lease documents.
  • Track lease expiry dates, renewals, and amendments.
  • Capture rental and tenant information on internal systems.
  • Assist with preparing reports and administrative documents.
  • Liaise with internal departments regarding lease-related matters.
  • Ensure records and documents are maintained accurately.
  • Provide general administrative support to the property team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in:
    • Real Estate
    • Property Finance
    • Economics
    • Legal Studies
    • Or a related field
