The Administration Learnership at Sasol is a 12-month fixed-term learnership programme based in Secunda. The programme is designed for people living with disabilities who have completed Grade 12 and want to gain workplace experience and administrative skills in a professional environment.

Learnership Programme Overview
The 12-month programme combines:
Theoretical learning aligned with a formal qualification.
Practical workplace experience within Sasol Mining in Secunda.
Workplace readiness and professional development training.
Learners will provide administrative support to departments and managers while developing essential business and office skills.

Core Responsibilities
Participate fully in the learnership programme.
Complete assessments successfully.
Attend all workplace readiness activities and training sessions.
Assist with administrative and office support duties.
Support departmental operations where required.
Minimum Requirements
Completed Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
Must be a person living with a disability.
Willingness to learn and participate in training activities.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic organisational and planning abilities.
Accountability and self-awareness.
Ability to follow policies and procedures.
Teamwork and coordination skills.
Important Information
