Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure enough products and packaging materials are available on the production line at all times.
- Transport products safely within the production area.
- Receive sweets into trays and ensure proper storage.
- Store products in clean containers with correct batch labels.
- Ensure trays and buckets are not placed directly on the floor.
- Check that final products are stored correctly.
- Keep the work area clean and tidy during and after shifts.
- Report food safety, quality, and safety hazards immediately.
- Assist with improving production processes and plant operations.
- Follow all company quality standards and procedures.
- Participate actively in meetings and improvement initiatives.
- Implement corrective actions within the required time.
- Follow all Health and Safety rules and regulations.
- Wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.
- Use safety equipment correctly and responsibly.
- Report accidents, incidents, and hazards to supervisors.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in FMCG or food production environments is an advantage.

- Computer literacy.
