Purpose of the Job

The Warehouse Administrator Officer will be responsible for managing warehouse administration processes and ensuring smooth material movement operations. The successful candidate will monitor inbound and outbound deliveries, maintain stock accuracy, and support warehouse teams with operational activities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure warehouse orders are completed on time.

• Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation principles are followed.

• Create and maintain bin locations and storage areas.

• Conduct stock counts and physical stock verification.

• Update warehouse information accurately on SAP systems.

• Oversee warehouse process queues including receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatch.

• Resolve transaction errors and operational exceptions.

• Manage expired and quality inspection materials.

• Prepare and verify delivery and material movement documents.

• Maintain accurate filing systems for audits and investigations.

• Perform SAP transactions accurately and according to company policies.

• Investigate stock variances and resolve warehouse queries.

• Assist warehouse teams with RF device issues and operational support.

• Coordinate warehouse consumables and support process improvements.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate.

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

• SAP EWM and SAP TMS experience is compulsory.

• RSE and WMS experience will be advantageous.

• IT or Logistics experience will be advantageous.

• Valid Code B driver’s license.
