Premier is currently recruiting for a General Worker Loader to join the Dispatch Department at the BRB Pinetown site. This opportunity is ideal for hardworking and reliable individuals who are looking to build a long-term career within the FMCG and bakery industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily loading and offloading of bread and related products while ensuring that all operational procedures are followed correctly. Applicants must have Matric with good numerical skills. Candidates should also have at least 1 to 2 years of bakery or FMCG industry experience in a similar position. Previous experience in dispatch, loading, or warehouse operations will be advantageous.
The General Worker Loader will assist with ensuring products are loaded correctly and safely for distribution. Responsibilities may include handling bread crates, checking quantities, supporting dispatch operations, and maintaining cleanliness and order within the working area. Candidates must be physically fit and capable of handling repetitive manual tasks.
Strong communication skills, teamwork, accountability, and a sense of urgency are important for this role. The successful candidate should be able to follow company processes and procedures accurately while working cooperatively with colleagues and supervisors.
