The Internal Control Directorate is currently seeking a dedicated Clerk to join the Administration Division. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong administrative abilities, attention to detail, and basic office experience.
The successful candidate will assist with daily administrative functions and support the smooth running of the division. Applicants should be professional, organised, and capable of working in a structured office environment while handling confidential information responsibly.
๐น Key Responsibilities:
โ Control and manage administrative duties within the Administration Section
โ Maintain and organise the administration filing system
โ Arrange meetings and administrative schedules for the division
โ Control the issuing and retrieval of access cards
โ Maintain employee attendance registers accurately
โ Prepare overtime documentation when required
โ Record all incoming and outgoing mail for managers
โ Ensure office records and documents are updated correctly
โ Support internal communication and administrative coordination
๐น Essential Requirements:

Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent qualification

Minimum of 3 months relevant experience

Computer literacy skills
