🛠 Key Responsibilities
✔ Assist with grain intake and dispatch operations
✔ Support grain grading activities under supervision
✔ Operate the weighbridge and maintain accurate records
✔ Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
✔ Perform basic administrative duties such as filing and data capturing
✔ Ensure compliance with food safety and Occupational Health & Safety regulations
✔ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
✔ Support general operational tasks as required
🎓 Minimum Requirements
✔ Grade 12 (Matric)
✔ Valid Driver’s License (Code 8)
✔ Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel)
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required
✔ Willingness to complete a Grain Grader Course
✔ Ability to work in physically demanding environments
