Sasol is currently looking for a dedicated and responsible Driver to join their team in Secunda. Sasol is a global chemicals and energy company with over 75 years of excellence and innovation. ✅ PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe loading, transportation, and offloading of refurbishment and non-refurbishment materials between warehouses, workshops, suppliers, and business units. The driver will also ensure that vehicles are maintained in a safe and roadworthy condition while following all traffic laws and safety procedures.
📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Accurate loading and offloading of materials
• Safe transportation and timely delivery of goods
• Following designated routes and delivery schedules
• Completing gate passes and delivery documentation
• Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle inspections
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and housekeeping standards
• Adhering to plant safety requirements and permit systems
• Maintaining logbooks and key control procedures
• Participating in on-the-job and SAP training where required
🎓 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
✔ Grade 12 or N3 with English
✔ Valid Code C/C1/EC1 Driver’s License
✔ Valid PrDP (P, G or D where applicable)
✔ At least 1 year of relevant driving experience

• Knowledge of SHE policies and traffic regulations
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Accountability and teamwork
• Strong attention to safety and compliance
