ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform general manual duties as instructed by supervisors, team leaders or foremen
• Maintain cleanliness of workplaces, tools, equipment and work areas
• Assist with construction-related support activities
• Follow safety rules, regulations and company procedures at all times
• Adhere to SHE (Safety, Health and Environmental) policies and procedures
• Assist with housekeeping and maintenance of the construction site
• Ensure equipment and materials are stored safely and neatly
• Support communication and teamwork within the work environment
• Carry out any additional reasonable duties assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in cleaning and maintenance of yard or site areas
• Physically fit with the stamina to perform manual labour duties
• Ability to work at heights when required
• Basic understanding and communication in English
• Awareness of work procedures and safe working practices
• Basic understanding of Occupational Health and Safety regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel and work away from home when required
