About the Learnership
The YES Learnership Programme offers structured workplace experience within the Operations department. Successful candidates will gain practical, hands-on exposure while developing essential workplace competencies.
This programme is ideal for candidates interested in roles such as:
- Storeman
- Administrator
- Technically minded individual (Operations support)
Learners will be placed at the Pinetown branch and will work under supervision to gain real-world experience in logistics and operational processes.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- South African citizen
- Between the ages of 18–25
- From a previously disadvantaged background
- Currently unemployed
- Medically fit
- Basic knowledge of MS Office

- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
