About the Production Learnership Programme
ArcelorMittal South Africa invites young, motivated South Africans to apply for its Production Learnership 2026, based in Vanderbijlpark. This learnership is designed for individuals with a Grade 12 qualification who are eager to develop technical skills and begin a career in the steel manufacturing industry.
Successful applicants will enter a 36-month structured learning programme, which combines:
