Programme Structure

1. Classroom / Theory Component

- Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
- Assisting with stock rotation, cycle counts, and inventory tracking
- Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
- Assisting with route planning, scheduling, and delivery coordination
- Capturing data and supporting administrative processes
- Monitoring the movement of goods within warehouses
- Helping with housekeeping to maintain clean and safe work areas

Qualification Earned
Upon successful completion of the programme, learners receive a National Certificate in Logistics or Freight Handling at NQF Level 3, 4, or 5 (depending on the specific programme). Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 / Matric or an equivalent NQF Level 2–4 qualification
- Must be currently unemployed
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old
- Able to commit to a full 12-month programme
- Willing to participate in both theoretical and practical training
