The People & Culture Information Systems Graduate Programme provides an excellent platform for IT graduates to apply their academic knowledge to real-world business challenges. As a member of the HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) team, you’ll work closely with developers and HR professionals to design, test, and deploy innovative solutions that improve efficiency and enhance user experience.

đź’Ľ Key Responsibilities

As a People & Culture Information Systems Graduate, you will:

  • Support HR systems: Provide day-to-day technical support for in-house developed HR tools and applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Identify, debug, and fix product-related incidents in a timely manner.
  • Assist in development tasks: Write and test high-quality code under the guidance of experienced developers.
  • Collaborate in projects: Work with HR and IT teams to build new features and improve existing applications.
  • Document processes: Help create functional design documents, process flows, and test cases.
  • Research and innovate: Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring fresh ideas to ongoing projects.
  • Ensure compliance: Help maintain data security and adherence to privacy laws in HR systems.
  • Process improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows through technology.

🎯 Minimum Requirements
Essential:
  • Matric / Senior Certificate.
  • A Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, JavaScript, or Python.
Advantageous:
  • Familiarity with React, Redux, Next.js, and version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of database design principles and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and full-stack web development.
