✅ MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• At least 1 year experience in a direct sales environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of stock control and retail procedures
💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Promote additional products to customers to increase sales
• Monitor stock levels and ensure stock is ordered on time
• Receive stock and ensure correct pricing and quantities
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts
• Maintain accurate stock records and store organisation
• Ensure customer satisfaction and excellent service delivery
