Job Overview
Premier FMCG is looking for a hardworking, energetic, and target-driven General Worker Picker to join their warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who can work quickly and accurately in a busy environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for picking products correctly according to picking slips, staging products in the checking lane, and sealing or wrapping products once checked. This is an important role that helps ensure customers receive the correct products on time.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Pick stock accurately according to picking slips.
- Move products to the checking lane for verification.
- Seal or wrap products after checking.
- Maintain safe working practices at all times.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organised.
- Follow company standard operating procedures.
- Meet daily picking targets and deadlines.
- Handle stock carefully to avoid damages.
- Assist with general warehouse duties when required.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- 1 to 2 years warehouse experience.
- Experience in picking stock or warehouse operations will be an advantage.
