Job Summary
The Merchandiser will be responsible for assisting customers in-store while ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively and shelves remain fully stocked and organised. The role also includes stock control responsibilities, participation in monthly stock counts, and assisting management with daily operational duties.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform the following duties:
✅ Assist customers with product enquiries and provide professional advice
✅ Ensure shelves and displays are properly stocked and merchandised
✅ Maintain store cleanliness and organisation at all times
✅ Monitor product availability and report low stock levels
✅ Conduct monthly stock counts and assist with inventory control
✅ Handle merchandise safely to prevent damage or loss
✅ Support sales activities through effective product presentation
✅ Ensure pricing labels and promotional displays are accurate
✅ Assist with receiving, unpacking, and arranging incoming stock
✅ Carry out additional duties assigned by store management
The Merchandiser plays an important role in ensuring the store operates smoothly while maintaining high service standards expected by TWK Agri customers.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Basic computer literacy
- Knowledge of hardware products or retail stock commonly sold in TWK stores
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong marketing and customer service abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy retail environment
- Physically fit and willing to perform manual tasks
- Valid Driver’s License (Code 08)
