About the Learnership
The NQF Level 5 Wealth Management Learnership offers a unique opportunity for graduates or entry-level professionals to gain hands-on experience in financial services. Participants will be trained as Trainee Call Centre Agents, focusing on client engagement, product knowledge, and financial advisory skills.
This 12-month learnership is designed to develop competencies in sales, client management, and financial planning while providing a pathway toward a rewarding career in wealth management.
Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee Call Centre Agent, your main responsibilities will include:
- Marketing and Sales:
Contact new and existing clients telephonically to promote Old Mutual products tailored to their financial goals and needs. - Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring superior service delivery. - Financial Advisory Support:
Provide accurate and relevant information to clients about products and services, aligning recommendations with their long-term financial goals. - Target Achievement:
Actively contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets. - Administration:
Maintain accurate client records, follow up on enquiries, and ensure data management aligns with company standards.
This role requires a proactive approach, resilience under pressure, and the ability to influence clients while maintaining high ethical standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- 6–12 months outbound call centre or retail sales experience
- Previous financial services experience is desirable but not mandatory
- Computer literacy, including MS Office
- Clear criminal and credit records
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
