ANEW Hotels & Resorts Support Office are looking for a HR Intern to Support Learning and Development initiatives while gaining practical experience in course development, training delivery, and leveraging AI tools to enhance learning experiences across ANEW properties.

The successful candidate will be based in Gauteng, Centurion.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development

Assist with training program design and implementation
Support employee development initiatives
Coordinate training schedules and logistics
Monitor training completion and effectiveness
Assist with skills assessment processes
Course Development

Create training materials and resources
Develop e-learning content and modules
Design course curricula and learning pathways
Update and maintain existing training content
Support instructional design projects
AI Tools & Learning Technology

Utilize AI tools for course content creation
Develop interactive learning experiences
Support learning management system administration
Create automated learning assessments
Research emerging learning technologies
Administrative Support

Maintain training records and databases
Prepare L&D reports and analytics
Coordinate with department heads on training needs
Support compliance training initiatives
Assist with learning resource management
