Role Purpose
The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment in accordance with site-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role requires someone who can identify cleaning needs, carry out tasks efficiently, and uphold Tsebo’s hygiene and service standards. Candidates must be proactive and able to work with minimal supervision while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
As opportunities arise, Cleaners in this role may be required to:
✔ Perform Routine and Ad-Hoc Cleaning Tasks
- Identify cleaning needs beyond scheduled duties and take action where necessary.
- Complete daily cleaning assignments within a set timeframe.
- Maintain cleanliness in offices, public areas, restrooms, wards, and other designated spaces.
✔ Uphold High Hygiene Standards
- Follow Tsebo’s established hygiene protocols and maintain a neat working environment.
- Use cleaning materials correctly and safely, ensuring compliance with site requirements.
✔ Support Customer and Client Relations
- Maintain a friendly, professional approach when interacting with clients, staff, and visitors.
- Promote positive relationships by consistently delivering quality service.
- Represent the brand with pride and professionalism in all areas of work.

Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Educational Requirement: Grade 12 or Grade 11 with relevant experience

- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, including buffing machines, is advantageous
- Understanding of chemical handling, hygiene practices, or related cleaning skills is also helpful
