Purpose of the Position
Tsebo Cleaning and Hygiene Solutions is seeking dedicated, reliable, and experienced cleaners to be considered for future High-Level Cleaner opportunities. The role focuses on maintaining exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in commercial and corporate environments while ensuring a professional image for clients and the company.
Key Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitize offices, boardrooms, restrooms, passages, and other designated areas.
• Perform deep cleaning and specialized cleaning tasks when required.
• Ensure high-traffic areas remain clean, hygienic, and presentable throughout the day.
• Operate industrial cleaning machines and equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report faults when identified.
• Use cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Follow workplace health and safety regulations at all times.
• Wear and properly utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Report maintenance problems and safety hazards to supervisors.
• Assist in maintaining company cleaning standards and quality requirements.
• Support and guide junior cleaning staff when necessary.
• Contribute to creating a safe and welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and clients.

Minimum Requirements
• Matric (Grade 12) or relevant cleaning experience.

• Experience in commercial, corporate, or client-facing environments will be advantageous.
• Ability to perform manual labour and work flexible hours when required.
