Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the programme, applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Hold a completed Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in a relevant field.
- Have no more than two years of work experience.
- Be currently unemployed.
- Be available to commence the programme on 1 August 2026.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Show interest in building a career within the retail environment.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
