Guest Service Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests warmly and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
- Demonstrate strong menu knowledge and explain food and beverage options confidently.
- Make informed recommendations and suggest complementary products to guests.
- Handle guest requests and special dietary requirements professionally.

Operational Responsibilities
- Use the Simphony system accurately for processing customer orders.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain clean and organised workstations and table settings.
- Follow proper service procedures and hospitality standards.
- Handle customer payments accurately and securely.
- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving guests.
- Ensure tables are prepared and maintained according to hotel standards.
Financial and Stock Responsibilities
- Process billing and payments accurately.
- Record customer covers correctly in the Simphony system.
- Participate in stock counts and inventory procedures when required.
- Follow stock requisition and control procedures carefully.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies promptly.
