  • Maintain clean and organised workstations and table settings.
  • Follow proper service procedures and hospitality standards.
  • Handle customer payments accurately and securely.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation before serving guests.
  • Ensure tables are prepared and maintained according to hotel standards.

Financial and Stock Responsibilities

  • Process billing and payments accurately.
  • Record customer covers correctly in the Simphony system.
  • Participate in stock counts and inventory procedures when required.
  • Follow stock requisition and control procedures carefully.
  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies promptly.
