
Reach Truck Driver x7 – DHL Supply Chain South Africa

The Reach Truck Driver role is focused on operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to support daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient service delivery. Successful candidates will be responsible for accurate stock handling, maintaining safety standards, and supporting operational productivity within the warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Reach Truck equipment safely and efficiently according to operational requirements.
- Handle stock carefully to minimise damages and maintain product quality.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) during all tasks.
- Perform replenishment and put-away of incoming stock into warehouse racking.
- Participate in stock counts and conduct cycle counts when required.
- Complete daily MHE checklists and report equipment faults or damages immediately.
- Ensure pallets are stacked according to company standards and remain damage-free.
- Maintain high housekeeping and hygiene standards within the warehouse area.
- Report unsafe acts, damaged goods, or any non-conformity involving customer merchandise.
- Support change initiatives and assist with additional duties assigned by management.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety standards and SHE rules within the workplace.
- Ensure product safety, quality, and integrity are never compromised.
- Promote awareness of ISO 9001, ISO 22716, ISO 13485, and other quality management requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience operating Reach Truck equipment will be beneficial.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
