About the Position

Main Responsibilities
- Perform daily sales activities to generate income
- Achieve sales targets and monthly budgets
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Assist customers in choosing suitable products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Attract and retain customers through merchandising
- Handle cash and credit processes according to company policy
- Work effectively within a team environment
- Stand in for the Branch Manager when required
- Ensure professional and customer-centric service delivery
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- 7 to 12 months sales experience, preferably in retail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Strong customer service orientation
