About the Position
- Opportunity to join the Dunns retail team as a General Assistant
- Responsible for delivering excellent customer service
- Assist with merchandise presentation and store housekeeping
- Support store operations and stock management

Main Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Assist with merchandise replenishment and stock control
- Ensure effective housekeeping within the store
- Protect store assets including stock, cash, staff, and customers
- Follow company policies and procedures correctly
- Assist with stockroom administration, markdowns, and lay-byes
- Support effective store and department layout implementation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Computer literacy
