Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support the daily operations of the Agriland store by performing general worker duties, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with manual tasks.
The role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to function effectively in a busy and physically demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities
General Store Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the store
- Ensure all work areas are neat, organised, and safe
- Assist in keeping storage areas in good condition
Operational Support
- Perform manual labour tasks as required
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving stock
- Support daily store operations and activities
Safety and Risk Management
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain awareness of workplace hazards
- Support food safety and risk management practices
General Duties
- Carry out instructions from supervisors
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Assist with various tasks as required in the store
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification
- Ability to speak Afrikaans and English (bilingual)
- Good physical and mental health
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
