Salary and Benefits:

  • Basic salary range: R253 736,00 – R366 300,00 per annum.
  • Estimated total remuneration package: R367 621,00 – R498 166,00 per annum.

Job Purpose:

  • To provide effective and efficient administrative support within the department.
  • To ensure smooth office operations and support service delivery objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties within an office environment.
  • Provide logistical support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with financial administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Monitor and manage financial records and related documentation.
  • Provide secretariat services, including meeting coordination and documentation.
  • Ensure proper procurement processes and payment controls are followed.
  • Support departmental activities and maintain administrative systems.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric certificate).
  • At least six months of experience in an administrative environment.
  • Basic computer literacy skills.
  • Must be willing to undergo a criminal record check.
  • Must allow fingerprint verification by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost.
