Salary and Benefits:
- Basic salary range: R253 736,00 – R366 300,00 per annum.
- Estimated total remuneration package: R367 621,00 – R498 166,00 per annum.

Job Purpose:
- To provide effective and efficient administrative support within the department.
- To ensure smooth office operations and support service delivery objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties within an office environment.
- Provide logistical support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with financial administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Monitor and manage financial records and related documentation.
- Provide secretariat services, including meeting coordination and documentation.
- Ensure proper procurement processes and payment controls are followed.
- Support departmental activities and maintain administrative systems.

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric certificate).
- At least six months of experience in an administrative environment.
- Basic computer literacy skills.
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal record check.
- Must allow fingerprint verification by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost.
