Location & Salary
  • Location: Pretoria East, Gauteng
  • Salary: R12,500 per month (depending on experience)
  • Positions Available: 2
  • Employment Type: Permanent

Working Hours
  • Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
  • Friday: 08:00 – 16:00
  • One Saturday per month: 09:00 – 13:00
  • Every second non-Christian public holiday: 09:00 – 13:00
  • Overtime may be required during month-end periods

Key Responsibilities
1. Application Processing
  • Capture and process new client applications accurately and timeously
  • Verify that all information is complete, correct, and compliant
  • Ensure all supporting documents are attached and meet compliance standards
2. Reconciliation & Data Accuracy
  • Review and update daily reconciliation reports
  • Cross-check information across multiple systems for consistency
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy in all data captured
3. Problem Resolution
  • Identify and report discrepancies or missing information
  • Escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary
  • Assist team members with data-related queries and administrative support

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Matric (Grade 12) – essential
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with data capturing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and time management skills

Advantageous Qualifications & Experience
  • Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration or Business Management
  • Previous experience in data capturing or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry systems
  • Understanding of compliance and document verification processes
