Upon successful completion, learners will be eligible to register with the:
- South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC)
This registration allows candidates to work professionally as a Pharmacist’s Assistant in South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
Learners will support pharmacists and healthcare teams by:
- Assisting with the dispensing and management of medication
- Supporting pharmaceutical services in healthcare facilities

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Must be between 18 and 35 years old
Educational Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric) with Matriculation Exemption
- Subjects must include:
- Mathematics (Mathematics Literacy will NOT be accepted)
- Physical Sciences and/or Life Sciences
- OR an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
