Role Purpose

Key Performance Areas
Document and Courier Management
- Sort, register, and distribute incoming documents accurately

Copying and Binding Operations
- Assist with copying and printing of documents
- Resolve minor copier issues such as paper jams
- Support binding of documents including reports, board packs, and training materials

- Perform basic repairs such as:
- Replacing door locks
- Changing light bulbs or tubes
- Carrying out minor plumbing repairs

- Monitor generator diesel levels and report when replenishment is needed
Safety and Compliance
- Follow all workplace safety procedures, including ladder safety regulations

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- Matric Certificate (NQF Level 4) with no experience, OR
- Grade 10 (NQF Level 2) with at least 1 year of experience in a general assistant or handyman-related role
Advantage:
- A Certificate in Facilities, Plumbing, or Electrical (NQF Level 5) will be beneficial
