Valterra Platinum Engineering Learnership Programme 2026 (Mogalakwena Mine) – Apply Before 13 April 2026

Valterra Platinum, formerly known as Anglo American Platinum, has officially opened applications for its 2026 Engineering Learnership Programme at Mogalakwena Mine in Mokopane, South Africa. This highly sought-after learnership offers unemployed youth the chance to gain recognised technical qualifications, hands-on workplace experience, and valuable exposure to the mining and engineering sectors.

With a legacy of innovation, operational excellence, and responsible mining, Valterra Platinum remains one of the world’s leading producers of platinum group metals (PGMs). Following its demerger from Anglo American plc, the company now operates as an independent, publicly listed organisation with primary and secondary listings on the Johannesburg and London Stock Exchanges. This independence has strengthened its commitment to sustainability, value creation, and long-term growth across the full PGM value chain—from mine to market.

The Engineering Learnership Programme forms part of Valterra Platinum’s mission to build the next generation of skilled artisans and technicians while empowering local communities with real career opportunities.
