- Resolving customer queries quickly and professionally
- Completing productivity and performance reports daily

✅ Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this Collections Agent role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Must be ITC clear
- Must have a clear criminal record
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Collections Agent in a BPO or call centre environment
- At least 1 year working on an international collections campaign
