Mr Price Money is currently looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Agents to join its Durban-based customer service team.
Role Overview
As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the voice of Mr Price Money, assisting customers with account queries, online orders, and general service needs. You will communicate across multiple channels including phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and webchat, ensuring that every interaction is professional, friendly, and solution-focused.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Support
- Respond to customer queries across phone, email, chat, and messaging platforms
- Listen actively to customer concerns and provide clear, empathetic solutions
- Ensure customers feel supported and valued in every interaction
Account & Order Assistance
- Help customers with online purchases, payment queries, and account updates
- Resolve issues related to orders, returns, and delivery
- Update and maintain accurate customer records
Complaint Resolution
- Handle complaints professionally and calmly
- Investigate issues thoroughly and follow up until resolution is achieved
- Escalate complex matters when required
Performance & Quality
- Work within service level agreements and quality standards
- Maintain productivity while ensuring excellent customer experience
- Continuously improve knowledge and service skills
Team Collaboration

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric) – Required
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call centre or customer service support role
Technical & Knowledge Skills
- Strong computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems
- Understanding of customer service legislation such as NCA and POPIA
- Basic knowledge of retail processes and online shopping systems
