Role Overview
The Graduate Trainee – Cleaning Operations will be immersed in the day-to-day management of cleaning services across multiple client sites. Trainees will build an understanding of sector-specific operations, staff coordination, health and safety expectations, and the financial elements that support sustainable service delivery.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
As part of the development programme, the trainee will be involved in a wide range of functions, including:
1. Operational Support Across Client Sites

2. Workforce Scheduling and Coordination
