Learnership Programme Overview:
NWK’s learnership program is a 1-year opportunity combining theoretical training and practical exposure to various core business areas. The program will give you the tools to understand and develop within the business environment.
Program 1: Organisational Development & Administration Learnership
The theoretical component of this program covers the following modules:
- Basic Mathematics
- Business Communications
- Personal Effectiveness
- Principles of Administration
- Organisational Development
- Organisational Ethics
- Service Provider Management
You will gain essential knowledge on how organisations run, the ethical principles of business, and the importance of effective communication and administrative skills in a modern business environment.
Program 2: Generic Management Learnership
The theoretical component of this program includes:
- Human Resources
- Operations Management
- Customer Relations & Business Literacy
- Finance and Business Numeracy
- General Management
This learnership will give you a comprehensive overview of what it takes to be an effective leader and manager in a corporate environment. You will develop skills in managing teams, operations, customer relations, and finances, preparing you for future leadership roles.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate with a minimum of 60% average.
- Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must currently reside in the North West Province.
- Only candidates who are not currently employed will be considered.
Recommended:
- Computer Applications Technology as a subject at the secondary school level.
Skills & Competencies:
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
