Position Overview

We are currently recruiting for two key positions:

1. Security Officer

Security Officers play a vital role in maintaining safe, orderly, and customer-friendly environments. The ideal candidate is observant, reliable, and able to remain calm while managing routine tasks and unexpected situations. This role does not require physical confrontation; instead, it focuses on visibility, reporting, communication, and adherence to established protocols.

2. Operations & Client Support Specialist

This administrative-focused position supports our business functions behind the scenes. Team members assist with client communication, documentation, reporting, and workflow management to ensure our services run smoothly and efficiently.

Both roles contribute to the overall success of the organization, and all staff receive clear training and supportive guidance from experienced supervisors.


Security Officer – Key Responsibilities

Security Officers will be responsible for duties such as:

  • Monitoring assigned areas to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Greeting clients, visitors, and staff with a professional and helpful attitude.
  • Reporting incidents, maintenance issues, or unusual observations using established communication channels.
  • Following site procedures, access-control requirements, and company policies.
  • Conducting routine patrols, safety checks, and documentation tasks.
  • Assisting with directions, basic inquiries, and customer service needs at the site.
  • Supporting emergency procedures in a calm, organized manner when required.

Operations & Client Support Specialist – Key Responsibilities

Operations team members will handle:

  • Daily communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Documentation, recordkeeping, and task management within workflow systems.
  • Preparation of reports and summaries to support management.
  • Assistance with onboarding processes and service coordination.
  • Identifying ways to streamline tasks and improve internal efficiency.
  • Ensuring company policies and data-protection standards are followed.

Required Qualifications (Both Roles)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good organizational abilities and the capacity to follow established procedures.
  • Professional appearance, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Ability to remain calm, courteous, and focused in various work situations.
  • Basic comfort with digital tools such as email, reports, or mobile applications.

Note: Some security sites may require specific certifications depending on local regulations. If needed, candidates will be informed during the application process.


Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)
  • Experience in customer service, security, operations, or administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with incident reporting systems or workflow tools.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.
