Advantageous Qualifications: Level 5: Higher Certificates and Advanced National Cert Higher Certificates and Advanced National Vocational Certificates Business, Commerce and Management Studies Additional Requirements: At least 2 years experience in an administrative position, experience with the specific business area advantageous NQF 5 (Higher Certificate) or NQF 6 (Diploma or Advanced Certificate) will be advantageous Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support Preparing standard documentation as specified for input or circulation Maintaining an effective filing system Operating copier and scanning devices/ machines Inputting information onto a data base Providing a clerical service to the relevant section Preparing, completing and correlating a variety of documents for circulation or input Typing documentation as specified Arranging appointment schedules taking corrective action if required Performing calculations and inputting documentation as required. Resolving all internal and external section queries. Inputting and extracting of information from various systems, identifying incongruencies and taking corrective action to ensure accuracy Coordinates and controls clerical and administrative tasks for the designated section to ensure time constraints and targets are met by Compiling and distributing relevant statistics and month end reports as required Developing, maintaining and improving relevant data bases Maintaining the stationary levels for the designated section to ensure availability Resolving all internal and external section queries, following up and taking corrective action as appropriate Stakeholder Relations Maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and externally at all levels and cross-functionally. Ensuring open communication channels with all relevant stakeholders. Financial Management Cost Savings: Adhering to cost saving and cash conservation initiatives. Building a values-based organisational culture Actively support and meaningfully participate in the execution of the segment specific organisational development plan.
