Client Service Officers play an important role in helping job seekers access employment opportunities, career support services, and skills development programmes.
The position involves administrative duties, client support, data capturing, and assisting with employment-related registrations and referrals.
Successful candidates will work directly with members of the public and support the Department’s efforts to improve access to employment and learning opportunities.

Salary
Successful candidates will receive:
R280 278 per annum

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or National Senior Certificate

Client Assistance
- Assist job seekers with registration processes
- Refer clients for employment counselling services
- Provide information regarding available opportunities
- Support public awareness and advocacy activities
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Capture and update information on relevant systems
- Provide administrative support related to placement activities
- Assist with reporting and record management
Placement Support
- Support the placement of work seekers into employment opportunities
- Assist with referrals to learning and skills development programmes
- Coordinate information required for placement processes
