Job Overview

  • TWK Agri is looking for an Admin Clerk to join the Timber Division in Howick.
  • The role focuses on providing administrative and operational support for timber marketing activities.
  • Successful candidates will assist with documentation, record-keeping, supplier support, and office administration.
  • This position is suitable for candidates who are organised, accurate, and able to work in a fast-paced office environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage delivery documents and reports.
  • Reconcile delivery tickets and timber records accurately.
  • Capture and maintain weighbridge and timber data.
  • Monitor outstanding items and follow up on discrepancies.
  • Maintain filing systems and office records.
  • Provide switchboard support and answer supplier enquiries.
  • Assist with office administration and SHEQ compliance requirements.
  • Process price adjustments and contractor deductions.
  • Support supplier account administration and resolve queries.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
  • Relevant administrative experience in an office or operational environment.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good planning and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
