About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
The Parts Trainee will be responsible for supporting various operational functions, including:
Parts Handling and Stock Control
- Pick parts accurately according to picking lists
- Capture parts issued against customer accounts
- Pack parts securely for dispatch and collection
- Perform accurate binning and maintain stock locations
- Assist with stock processing and reporting
Inventory Management
- Conduct daily cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels
- Identify and report discrepancies in stock
Receiving and Dispatch
- Support receiving, dispatch, and delivery processes
- Assist with loading and unloading of parts
- Ensure all documentation is completed correctly
Customer Support
- Assist at the parts counter when required
- Provide basic support to customers in a professional manner
Compliance and Housekeeping
- Follow company policies, including SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) standards
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment
- Adhere to all operational and safety procedures
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 (Matric) with subjects such as:
- English
- Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
- Business Studies or Accounting
- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Valid Code EB (Code 08) driver’s licence
