Alliance Skills Development Services is offering an exciting 12-month Learnership Programme leading to a Further Education and Training Certificate in Generic Management (NQF Level 4).
This opportunity is designed for motivated, ambitious individuals who want to gain practical workplace experience while earning a nationally recognised qualification. Learners will be placed across retail stores, wholesale environments, and distribution centres nationwide, gaining valuable exposure to real business operations.

π― Programme Overview
This learnership combines:
- Theoretical training in management principles
- Practical workplace experience in real retail environments
- Exposure to various business functions including:
- Sales
- Dispatch
- Data analysis
- Warehouse operations
- General store operations
Learners will gain hands-on skills that prepare them for long-term careers in retail, wholesale, and distribution industries.
π Minimum Requirements
To be considered, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
Academic Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) with:
- Two official languages
- Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
- A tertiary qualification (National Diploma or higher) in:
- Business Management, or
- Wholesale & Retail
Additional Requirements
- Aged between 18 and 34 years
- Must be unemployed and available full-time
- No criminal record
- Fluent in English
- Must own a smartphone (essential for communication and learning)
- Willing to work in-store and complete practical training
- Able to commit to the full 12-month programme
- Laptop is advantageous but not required
