🔑 Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the restaurant floor, supervising waitstaff and ensuring that guests receive professional and efficient service.
Duties will include:
• Supervising service staff during shifts
• Maintaining high service standards
• Coordinating daily floor operations
• Managing table assignments
• Handling VIP guests and special requests
• Monitoring guest satisfaction
• Supervising and supporting waitstaff
• Coordinating shift schedules
• Training and guiding new employees
• Monitoring staff performance
• Resolving service-related issues
🍽️ Restaurant Operations
The Head Waitron will also assist with ensuring that the restaurant operates smoothly by:
• Overseeing restaurant setup procedures
• Monitoring service timing
• Coordinating with the kitchen team
• Ensuring tables are properly assigned
• Maintaining service equipment
• Monitoring the overall flow of service
• Ensuring guests receive their meals efficiently
