📢 ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Clicks Group is offering unemployed young South Africans an opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience and skills through its Youth Employment Programme.
The programme is designed for young people interested in gaining experience in the health and beauty retail sector while developing practical workplace skills.
Participants will receive a combination of classroom-based learning and practical on-the-job training at a retail store.
This is an opportunity to gain exposure to the retail environment, develop customer service skills and build a foundation for a career in the retail and FMCG sector.
🎓 QUALIFICATION OPPORTUNITY
Successful participants who complete the programme will receive an:
NQF Level 2 Checkout Operator Occupational Qualification
The programme combines theoretical learning with practical workplace training, allowing participants to gain both knowledge and hands-on experience in a retail environment.

🎯 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must be between 18 and 29 years old.
- Must have passed Matric / Grade 12.
- Must currently be unemployed.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Must have good interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be willing and eager to learn.
- Must not currently be registered for another Learnership or Skills Programme.
